The slot layout places more openings beneath the pad than a conventional wide-slot pattern, helping draw heat away from the central contact area.

BSD discs provide a sport rotor option for road vehicles, with a focus on heat management, pad contact and distinctive appearance. They are intended to work with compatible EBC road performance pads and are not a substitute for choosing the correct pad compound for the vehicle’s use.

Replace discs in axle pairs and inspect the calipers and hardware during installation.
