Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

At TJ Auto Parts, we are committed to offering a superior shopping experience by providing FREE SHIPPING on all orders Australia-wide. For those who require faster delivery, we offer express shipping for just an additional $6.95 per order.

We partner with a wide range of reputable couriers and postal services to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely. While we strive to use Australia Post for its reliability, larger or bulkier items such as brake discs and light bars may be shipped via a courier service.

For your convenience, Authority to Leave (ATL) is automatically granted unless otherwise specified. If you'd prefer a signature on delivery, this can be requested for an additional $2.95 per order for Australia Post deliveries only. All courier deliveries require a signature. If the address is unattended, a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest depot for collection. It is the buyer’s responsibility to collect the parcel or arrange redelivery.

We advise customers to check that the items received match the details on the invoice. If any discrepancies occur, please contact us immediately at contact@tjautoparts.com.au.

Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Should any delays occur, you will be promptly notified by our customer service team. Once dispatched, you can track your order via your account or by using the tracking number provided via email.

Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for customers located within the Sydney metropolitan area. To request this service, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional fees apply, and availability is subject to confirmation.

Pick-up Service
We offer a pick-up service for customers who contact us in advance. Pick-ups are available from our location in South Western Sydney and must be arranged directly with TJ Auto Parts staff prior to ordering.

Damaged Goods
In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, we request that you email clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging to contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
