Delivery Information

TJ Auto Parts differs itself from all competition by offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders AUSTRALIA WIDE. We offer express shipping on all orders for an additional $5.95 per order (excludes brake disc rotors).


We use a vast range of couriers and postal services depending on your location and size of the order. We will always aim to use Australia Post where possible for the most reliability, while bulky orders such as brake discs and light bars may be shipped via courier. 


ATL is automatically given unless otherwise specified by which a signature on delivery can be requested for an additional $2.95 per order for Australia Post delivered orders only. All orders delivered by courier require a signature upon delivery, in the event the address is unattended a card will be left and the parcel redirected to the nearest depot. It will then be the buyers responsible to collect the parcel or arrange redelivery.


Please ensure all parts received match the provided invoice. If there are any discrepancies please email contact@tjautoparts.com.au

We offer pick up to customers who have contacted us prior to ordering only. Pick up is located in South Western Sydney. Pick up must be arranged directly with TJ Auto Parts staff.

If an item has been damaged in transit, photos of the goods and packaging must be emailed to contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. 

Same Day Delivery.

Same day delivery is available only for those who contact us prior to ordering. There are fees associated with this service so please contact us for any requests. This is only available for customers in the Sydney metropolitan region.

Dispatch and Handling

All orders are aimed to be fulfilled and dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. In the rare circumstance where this does not occur you will be notified by our friendly staff. Your order can be tracked via your account or the tracking number which has been provided to you via email.
