Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding some bulky items). For orders under $150:
· Standard shipping from $9.95
· Express shipping from $14.95
Bulky Items
Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. If you're unsure or unhappy with the calculated shipping cost, or would prefer to organise your own courier, please contact our team before finalising your order and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with a wide range of reputable couriers and postal services to ensure your order is delivered promptly and securely. While we aim to use Australia Post where possible, larger or heavier items may be sent via alternative courier services.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, Authority to Leave is granted unless otherwise requested. For Australia Post deliveries, signature on delivery is available for $2.95. Courier deliveries always require a signature. If no one is available at the address, a card will be left and the parcel redirected to the nearest depot for collection. It is the buyer’s responsibility to collect the parcel or arrange redelivery.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery for customers located within the Sydney metropolitan area. This includes both standard same day and evening delivery options.
· Standard same day delivery is typically completed during business hours.
· Evening same day delivery is available for eligible orders placed earlier in the day and is usually delivered between 6 PM and 9 PM.
Please contact us before placing your order to check availability, confirm cut off times, and receive a delivery quote. Availability depends on item size, delivery address, and driver scheduling. Additional fees apply.
Pick up Service
Pick up is available from our South Western Sydney location and must be arranged in advance with our staff prior to ordering.
Custom & Order-In-Only Items
Some products are marked as custom or order in only. These items may have extended processing or transit times depending on availability and supplier lead times. Estimated timeframes are available upon request, feel free to contact us for more information before ordering.
Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged during transit, please email clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging to contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
