- The product must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor’s website at the time of the request.
2. How to Request a Price Match
- To request a price match, please email us at sales@tjautoparts.com.au with a link to the competitor’s website showing the lower price, or provide a screenshot of the competitor’s price.
- Alternatively you can reach visit the contact us page or our parts finder and provide your details.
3. Exclusions
We do not offer price matching in the following cases:
- Products on clearance.
- Prices from third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers).
- Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or unverified discounts.
- Items from membership-based retailers.
- Discounts or prices linked to loyalty programs or coupon codes.
- Pre-order, backorder, or out-of-stock items.
4. Price Match Guarantee
- Once we confirm the price match, we will apply the lower price to your order before you complete checkout.
- Price match requests must be made before placing your order, as we are unable to adjust prices after an order has been placed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request if the competitor’s price is unreasonably low or appears to be below cost.
