How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding some bulky items).
For orders under $150:

  • Standard shipping is $10.95
  • Express shipping is $15.95

Bulky items such as brake discs, batteries, liquids, and lift kits may attract additional charges, especially for remote locations. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery.

How do I make payment?
Payment is completed during checkout. We accept all major payment methods via Shopify Payments including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Direct bank transfer is also available, please contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au for bank details and instructions.

How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick-up is available from our South Western Sydney location. To arrange a pick-up, please contact us before placing your order using the Contact Us form and we’ll confirm details with you.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same day delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area, including evening delivery options. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability, pricing, and cut-off times. Extra fees apply.

What if I’ve seen a cheaper price elsewhere?
