Through the integration of additional functions or features, the cost effectiveness and range of functions of the filter elements are increased, by using a non-return membrane, meaning the membrane retains the engine oil in the oil module as soon as the engine stops resulting in an even faster and thus optimised oil supply when starting the engine. Mann cartridge filters are also environmentally friendly and help conserve resources as the filter housing does not require replacement in conjunction with the environmentally friendly materials used.
