Endurance Performance Kits

Our Endurance kits are purpose-built for high-load, multi-hour racing. These kits utilize the CR6420 and CAR89 Billet calipers, specifically designed to handle massive thermal spikes and accommodate ultra-thick brake pads (up to 25mm-30mm) for maximum longevity between pad changes. This ensures you spend more time on the track and less time in the pits.

Choosing the Right Kit for Your Setup

Street Performance (CAR97/CAR99): Designed for spirited daily driving and weekend track use. Features standard dust boots and can be engineered for legal road-worthy certification.
Street/Track Performance (CAR89 TA6): The ideal hybrid setup. Upgraded with high-temperature seals, this is a highly capable track caliper that remains street-friendly.
Track Performance (CAR89/CAR89ENP): Dedicated motorsport braking. Built for extreme conditions like Time Attack. These lack dust boots and are strictly for off-road/competition use.
Endurance (CR6420/CAR89 Billet): The ultimate long-distance racing setup. Designed for 6, 12, or 24-hour events with massive pad volume and superior cooling.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.

Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
