Description

EBC EFA159 — EBC Brake Sensor Wear Lead.

This EBC brake wear sensor lead connects the pad-wear warning circuit to the vehicle. As the brake pad wears to its warning point, the sensor completes the warning circuit so the vehicle can alert the driver that brake service is due.

A wear lead is a service item and may be damaged or activated when old pads are removed. Replace it when required during pad service, connect it securely and route it clear of the wheel, disc and other moving or hot components.

Check the warning light after installation and confirm the sensor is seated correctly in the compatible pad.
