The Radium Fuel Hanger Surge Tank (FHST) is a drop-in replacement that installs inside the BMW fuel tank opposite the factory pump. The OEM pump fills the surge tank, while one or two high-flow aftermarket pumps inside the surge tank feed the engine - eliminating fuel starvation under hard cornering.
The FHST-RA includes an integrated one-way fill valve and a regulator offering 1:1 fuel pressure adjustment, is gasoline and ethanol (E85) compliant, and requires no permanent modification to the vehicle.

Important Notes
- Fuel pumps not included - other similar pumps may fit but are not verified
- The included wiring kit covers one pump - an additional pump requires Radium 17-0031
- Also compatible with the E90/E91/E92/E93 M3 tank, but the M3 brushless pump needs a custom trigger solution not covered by the instructions; the 20-0475 feed kits do not suit the M3 (exhaust clearance)
- Not compatible with 1 Series (E81/E82/E86/E87)
- Optional FPR block-off kit 20-0806 requires an external regulator downstream and is not compatible with early FHST units without a return port

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
