The Radium FCST-X is the updated version of Radium's Fuel Cell Surge Tank, first introduced in 2013 and refined over ten years. A lift pump draws fuel from the bottom of the fuel cell into the surge tank canister, where up to three EFI pumps supply the engine. If the lift pump starves, the canister volume keeps the surge pumps fed, and the fuel pressure regulator return also feeds the canister.
The canister has three separate filtration chambers so fuel cannot pass between them, and unused ports don't need blocking. Three one-way FKM fill valves (355 LPH each, 1065 LPH total) refill the surge tank from the cell, with excess fuel overflowing back into the cell. The whole module lifts out as a drop-in unit.

Important Notes
- Fuel pumps, fuel cell, filler, vent hose/filter and fuel level sender are not included (a block-off plate is supplied in place of the sender)
- Compatible with all Radium fuel cells and any cell with an industry-standard 6x10in 24-bolt flange on the top face and a minimum depth of 196mm (7.7in)
- Lift pump height must be set to suit the cell depth; cells deeper than 323mm (12.7in) require Radium lift pump mounts (sold separately)
- Filter socks are used only on the lift pump - surge pumps use inlet filters
- Ti Automotive E5LM pumps require a BKS1001 brushless controller
- Select pumps to suit the engine's fuel demand

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
