The Radium 20-1990-02 FCST-X Fuel Cell Surge Tank comes pre-assembled with 2 preinstalled Walbro GSS342 surge tank pumps plus a matching Walbro GSS342 lift pump. Because the lift pump height must be set to suit the fuel cell, the lift pump is packed loose; if Radium assembles the FCST-X into a fuel cell it is pre-installed.

A lift pump scavenges fuel from the bottom of the cell into the 2.6L surge tank, where up to 3 EFI pumps in separate filtration chambers feed the engine. Three one-way fill valves (355LPH each) top up the surge tank whenever the cell level is higher, and the FPR return is also routed into the surge tank to keep it full - so the engine stays fed even if the lift pump starves. The FCST-X is the result of 10 years of refinement of the original 2013 Radium FCST.

Important Notes

• Fuel cell not included - the FCST-X fits Radium fuel cells or any cell with a 6in x 10in 24-bolt top flange opening and at least 196mm (7.7in) depth
• The lift pump is packed loose so its height can be set to suit the cell (pre-installed if Radium assembles the FCST-X into a fuel cell)
• A fuel filler with a 3-bolt flange (59.5mm PCD) is required - direct and remote filler options are available
• A hose and/or filter must be connected to the VENT port
• Cells deeper than 323mm (12.7in) need separate lift pump mounts
• Fuel level sender sold separately - a block-off plate is fitted as standard
