A catch can separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, preventing oil build-up on the intake, intercooler walls, throttle body and intake manifold. Cleaner intake air helps effective octane and performance, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.
The 20-0325-FL dual kit combines Radium's PCV kit (front right-hand bank, inline between the PCV breather and intake manifold) and CCV kit (front left-hand bank, inline between the crankcase breather and air filter inlet pipe) for the ultimate in engine protection. Fluid Lock is Radium's patented catch can design: it stops the reservoir overfilling and holds collected fluid until it is emptied. Without it, contaminants can overflow back into the intake and hurt engine performance.

Important Notes
- S550 (2015-2017) only - for 2011-2014 (S197) Mustang GT use 20-0324-FL
- There is no fixed emptying interval - check the dipstick after 3-4 weeks of driving and repeat as needed (PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans)
- Empty by unscrewing the lower reservoir, or fit the optional Petcock Drain Kit where there is room under the can
- Excessive oil collection can indicate an engine problem such as excessive blow-by, an overfilled sump, poor breather port placement/baffling or a PCV valve leaking under load

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
