Description

Radium FPR and Fuel Filter Kit, BMW E46 M3

Application: BMW E46 M3 (2001-2006)
Part Type: Fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter kit
Part Number: 20-0932-03, 20-0932-05

The Radium FPR and Fuel Filter Kit is a bolt-in kit for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 that uses the factory fuel lines. The OEM fuel filter is replaced with a high-flow Radium fuel filter that installs into the OE mount, and the OEM regulator is replaced with a Radium Multi-Port fuel pressure regulator.

The RA-Series regulator adjusts without tools - no jam nut or set screw - with detents giving tactile feedback of about 1 psi per click. Its 360° swivelling, double O-ring sealed vacuum port takes four interchangeable #10-32 fittings. A fuel pressure gauge is included.

Key Features

Bolt-In: Uses the factory fuel lines; filter installs into the OE mount
Multi-Port FPR: Replaces the OEM regulator
Tool-Less Adjustment: Detents of approx. 1 psi (±0.5 psi) each, no jam nut or set screw
Swivel Vacuum Port: 360° swivelling, double O-ring sealed, four interchangeable #10-32 fittings
High-Flow Filter: Replaces the OEM fuel filter
All Fuels: Gasoline (incl. leaded, oxygenated and pre-mix) and alcohol blends incl. methanol, ethanol and E85

Available Configurations

20-0932-03: 10 micron stainless filter element
20-0932-05: 6 micron microglass filter element

What's Included

Multi-port fuel pressure regulator
High-flow fuel filter
Fuel pressure gauge
Necessary installation fittings

Important Notes

Fuel pressure dropping quickly after shut-off is normal for aftermarket regulators and resets when the pump runs
Long cranking or slow pressure build-up is not caused by the regulator - it points to fuel feed drain-back, usually an in-tank pump module leak (venturi jet pump or missing check valve)
Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
