The Radium FHST Add-On is an optional upgrade for the Radium late Nissan fuel pump hanger, designed to stop fuel starvation. The saddle-bag style OEM tank in these Nissans has limited baffling, so fuel slosh under aggressive driving can cause unstable fuel pressure and a lean condition. The FHST is a fully functional surge tank mounted inside the OEM tank, using plug-and-play connections with no grinding, bending or vehicle modification. It is compatible with E85.
Radium recommends feeding the surge tank with a single-pump hanger. The surge tank holds one or two pumps (including brushless), so with the pump in the OEM location there can be two or three pumps in the tank in total. The surge tank is kept full by four sources: the high-flow, low-pressure pump in the OEM location, fuel returning from the fuel pressure regulator, the integrated venturi jet pump siphon, and a 355 LPH one-way fill valve on the bottom of the surge tank.

Important Notes
- Requires a Radium late Nissan fuel pump hanger (20-0630-00 with 20-0700 pumps, 20-0632-00 with 20-0701 pumps) - not included
- Fuel pumps not included
- A second FHST pump needs a second fuse and relay (Radium 17-0031); the OEM external pump wiring is sufficient for the lift pump, which now runs at low pressure and high flow
- Pumps without a check valve (AEM 50-1230/50-1235) need Radium 20-1533 on the hanger top, one per pump
- Some 20-0701 pumps need Radium 20-1534 (one per pump, not in the lift pump position)
- If a Walbro F90000295 or Ti E5LM is used as the lift pump, fit Radium 20-0798 to stop the surge tank draining back through the pump and causing long cranking times

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
