The Radium 20-1644 fuel pump hanger for the Mitsubishi Evo X suits the DeatschWerks DW400. It has been redesigned for improved fuel collection and easier installation, completely replaces the factory in-tank fuel pump module and allows one or two aftermarket pumps to be used. The OEM level sender, fuel temperature sensor and fuel tank pressure sensor are retained to keep factory functionality.
A one-piece anodised aluminium collector box keeps fuel trapped around the pump inlet(s), with a 355 LPH one-way fill valve in its base and constant replenishment from the regulator return. Radium has also redesigned the siphon system to remove the restriction of the OEM venturi jet pump while still scavenging fuel, so higher flowing pumps can be used without fuel pressure issues.

Important Notes
- Fuel pumps are not included
- Compatible pumps: DeatschWerks DW400 (Bosch BR540)
- The DW400 uses the included low-profile pump outlet adapter (green upper fitting)
- Other similar pumps may fit but have not been verified by Radium
- Depending on fuel pressure the venturi jet pump consumes 15-45 LPH - allow for this when sizing pumps
- The hanger eliminates the OEM post-pump filter - a low-micron aftermarket filter must be installed downstream
- No check valve is included - if fuel pressure must hold after shutdown, fit a check valve (the 20-0946 feed kit filters include one)
- OEM wiring should not be used with pumps drawing more than 15A - a single pump can reuse the OEM controller wiring, but upgraded wiring is recommended for full output
- Radium recommends upgrading the feed and return lines when running multiple pumps
- Cars without the OEM fuel tank pressure sensor (many non-North American cars) need the 20-0421 plug
- Product may differ slightly from photos
- Radium gives no RHD/LHD statement for this hanger

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
