The Radium Port Injection Kit (PIK) is an adapter that sits between the intake manifold and the cylinder head, permitting the use of port injectors for the additional fuel required by highly modified B58 engines. It does not replace the OEM direct injection system, and the adapter plate can also be used as a simple intake manifold spacer without the fuel rail by fitting 2AN ORB plugs.
The fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminium and laser etched, with 8AN ORB (3/4"-16 female) threads in both end ports. The injectors are mounted at a calculated angle to spray into the centre of the intake ports, and relocation hardware (four adapters under the cover) lets you reuse the OEM engine cover. Compatible with all fuel types including E85.

Important Notes
- NOT compatible with 1st generation B58B30M0 (B58B30A) engines
- Injectors must have 14mm upper and lower O-rings and the short 34mm body - taller injectors cannot be used. Direct-fit examples: Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS and ID2600-XDS (xxxx.34.14.14)
- Not included: fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring, injector controller and fuel pressure regulator
- An aftermarket charge pipe is required for the throttle body connection
- Leave ample space around the fuel rail port(s) for regulators, gauges and pulse dampers

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
