The Radium Engineering 20-0957 fuel rail is a direct bolt-on for all twin cam Nissan KA24DE engines. It converts the OEM side-feed injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high-flow 14mm O-ring fuel injectors, and its large 17.5mm (0.69in) internal bore supports all necessary engine power requirements.
The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium and black anodised, making it compatible with all fuel types including E85. It has three 8AN ORB ports (both ends and the bottom) and one 1/8in NPT port on top, and comes with thermal insulating spacers, washers and injector seats.

Important Notes
- Fuel injectors are NOT included - injectors must be 34mm in height with 14mm O-rings top and bottom (the thermal spacers are sized for 34mm injectors)
- Injector Dynamics examples: 1050-XDS, 1300-XDS, 1700-XDS and 2600-XDS (34mm, 14mm O-ring versions)
- With an Xcessive intake manifold the rail may need to be shimmed to the correct height depending on the injectors used, and the included injector seats are not used
- Fittings are sold separately
- Fittings must be selected to suit the application - allow ample clearance around the ports for regulators, gauges and pulse dampers

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding bulky items). For orders under $150. Standard shipping starts at $9.95. Express shipping starts at $14.95. Shipping costs can be calculated in the cart or at checkout. Orders containing bulky items such as batteries, brake discs, liquids, and lift kits may incur additional shipping charges, particularly to remote or regional areas.
Dispatch & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of any delays, our customer service team will notify you. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed from your account.

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, simply contact us at contact@tjautoparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. A small restocking/admin fee of 5–20% may apply to help cover processing costs. This fee is only applicable at the discretion of our staff and may not apply to all orders. Return shipping is covered by you unless we sent the wrong or faulty item, in which case we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed quickly, usually within 48 hours, with up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
